Initial Examination and Consultation

Level of examination depends on the nature and extent of the problem, and is subject to the doctors discretion

Chiropractic Adjustment procedures

Adult

• One to two area adjustments $40.00
• Three or more area adjustments $50.00

Children

• Children birth-12 months: No Charge
• Children 1-17: $1 for each year of the childs age
• 18+, please refer to the adult rate

Cash patient value packages are available*

• Cash adjustment: $35.00
• New Patient Plan*: $180.00 pre-paid- includes initial exam, five visits and a sixth visit for free
• Acute Care Plan*: $150.00 pre-paid -includes five visits and a sixth visit for free
• Wellness Plan*: $275.00 pre-paid -includes eleven visits, and a twelfth visit for free
• Optimal Health Plan*: $70.00 per month with 7 adjustments per month (12 month contract and $25.00 non-refundable processing fee)
• Optimal Health Plan +*: $100.00 per month, same features as the Optimal Health Plan with the addition of one 60 minute massage per month
• Family Plan: $120.00 per month for two adults. Limit of 6 adjustment visits per person, per month. Children can be added for an additional $15/month per child. (12 month contract and $25.00 non-refundable processing fee)
